Very hard to pick cause you leave out players with great seasons behind them.

Sean Finn
Hew Lawlor
Cathal Barrett
Brendan Maher
Paudie Maher
Ronan Maher

Very Tipp heavy but you can't leave them 4 Tipp lads out of the team they've been outstanding all season imo.

All 6 are nailed on for me.
Lawlor has a good year but conceded a little too much albeit against all the top forwards. Padraig Walsh's form dipped a little I feel as the year went on. Matthew oHanlon for me is the man I'd have very close and I wouldn't argue if he got in at number 6.

Also honorable mention to Chris crummey who I think has turned into an exceptional hurler. Unlucky for his prospects that they didn't get further in the cship

Special mention to O'Hanlon who almost made it in

Thought it was a bit harsh too to not have Hannon in the nominees

It is beyond me how the Sunday Game didn't have Liam Ryan at full-back on their team.
