Tried watching a few games on it the past few weeks. Keeps buffering non stop so, I think you can pause it but it doesnt make any difference. Lots of complaints about it in recent times, not sure anything you can do to help improve it as i have looked and no good info

Are you using it on a browser or through the app? There's a play and pause option in the app, on android anyway. Are you on on iOS? Try starting it and stopping/pausing it for a few minutes before playing to try and reduce buffering. Try it on a different device if you don't make progress.

You can enlarge the screen if first you click/ touch the screen (depending what device you use). This brings up a little square-like icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen. You have to act quickly cos the icon is only visible for about 4 or 5 seconds. Click on the icon when it appears and then the screen will enlarge. This should work for a laptop or smartphone. The pause and restart thing I am not too sure on but think that should come up as well for 4 or 5 secs any time you click on the laptop screen or touch it if using a smartphone.
If you are still having problems ask a kid for help...they'll get it up and running for you on an enlarged screen and show you the "pause" feature in 2 seconds! All those features are still there....they are just not as obvious to the ordinary Joe Soap (like yourself and myself!) as they might have been previously.
