Sunday Game Awards

(Oldest Posts First)

Firstly, congratulations to an outstanding Dublin, truly (as much as it pains me to say it).

The Sunday Game have just gone through their
-Save of the year
-Game of the year
-Goal of the year
-Point of the year
-Upset of the year
-Lesson learned of the year

Watching them brought back some truly outstanding games, moments, pieces of skill (and Newbridge or Nowhere ;))

What do people fit into these categories and with which in mind, was it that bad a championship overall?

A cringeworthy and amateurish broadcast. Watching at home it seemed like something they had thought up about 10 minutes before the show started. All over the shop. Made worse by the fact that the highlights were quite short and badly edited together missing out loads of big moments in the game.

Possibly a contingency plan for if Tyrone won and they had to fill time not at the hotel.

A contingency plan is a great way to put it hahaha,
Anyways has anyone any magic moments of the championship or is it one for the doldrums to be forgotten?

It was terrible and badly put together. They must think the viewers are complete fools.

McEntee going ballistic after the loss to Tyrone is a standout memory for me. New York almost pulling off the unlikely first win in the Connacht championship. Monaghan fans celebrating qualifying for an AI semi final.
