Great day out for Waterford, Delighted they got a big team,
Tipp could be sticky enough for Mayo if they can get a reaction from defeat to Cork,

Always happy to see Tyrone get a draw outside Ulster. Cavan v Down and Longford v Kildare maybe the hardest to call.

its about getting out with your dignity here for all... except those that are taking it seriously (Tyrone, Mayo and Kildare)
Cavan v Down ...let us see who cares less

Louth could make the Super 8s yet. Where would they host their home games?

Tipp have a talented squad who I am sure will be stung after Cork defeat. Anything below par from Mayo and they will be out

Ah, we will because we want our club championships finished on time. In any case the last time
Louth had to nominate a so called "home venue' they named Parnell Park and they were welcome to it.

We seem to have developed a Munster thing these last couple of years... only team we haven't met is Waterford. All away games too. Tipp will be well up for this, especially after the surprise of the Cork performance, plus I'm sure 2016 won't be far from their minds. Will get a big crowd for this one too. I'm looking forward to it, but given the choice I'd probably have preferred a trip to Clones, that's how good Tipp can be! They're the best team Mayo will have met through the back door these last couple of years, so no room for a stuttery performance in Thurles.

Other draws are generally even enough too, with the exception of Monaghan and Waterford. Tyrone should have too much in the end for Carlow, but Carlow won't just lie down. Kildare will get a challenge in Longford and like Mayo, will need to deliver an A game to come out the right side. I fancy Sligo will be a tough place for Armagh to get a result, and Leitrim will give Louth a good reception. If Clare are right, post Kerry, then Offaly should be manageable for them. Cavan and Down, you'd have to fancy Cavan, though again, it's not clearcut.

Perfect draw for Monaghan to get the train back on track!

Horrible draw for Tipp, it could have been slightly worse if we were traveling to Castlebar or Omagh.

I think this Tipp team have shown great character over the last number of years and will put it up to Mayo. I still expect Mayo to win. The only good to come out of the Parsons injury is Aidan O'Shea is back playing in his best position at midfield. I can't see our midfielders coming out on top against the O'Sheas. Similar to Cork, when I saw Maguire and Walsh listed to start there I was nervous about our chances before the game.

The other concern for us is Sweeney doesn't seem to be fully right after injury. We will need Quinlivan and McGrath at their best.

Yeah, Monaghan would have been tough too, but they would be favorities against anyone else. But Mayo know it's a bad draw for them too. The Cork performance was a surprise but If Tipp click like they can, they could create a shock.

OK we will have 8 winners so is the next draw going to be a play off among these 8. Will they all be in the same bowl or what way does it work?

I think we were in the same pot as Monaghan but yeah they were definitely another team to avoid.

It's an early bath for whoever loses between Mayo and Tipp. Mayo have to be favourites because I think the last time they didn't make the semi finals was 2010 so they have the experience and know how.

Yes and then those 4 winners play the provincial losers
