Replying To blackrockeddie:  "Shocking performance from Barry Kelly should not ref another game better not ref the final dreadful performance"
Very harsh , what do you want ? I didn't see anything that bad from the ref today.

Replying To Bain:  "The "likes" of me likes to see see the rules of the game enforced. I've no affiliation with either county. When it's happening against you I hope your all for seeing the winning point off a player who should have gotten 2 yellows. Enjoy your day."
Funny, I don't recall seeing you commenting on here last year after the semi with some of the hits Canning and Tuohy in particular took. Keep chewing on those lemons.

Galway are a lot better than what we seen today ,Tipperary dragged them into a dogfight & Galway fell for it & just came out on top ,should've won this by a lot more ,fair dues to Tipperary, they went down fighting

Joe played and threw caution to the wind.....ref was happy with that.

Both teams had plenty of easy point chances which they didn't convert so focus on the missed chances
Refs will always give a few calls the wrong way in the heat of game
This time they went in Galway's favour
When we lose by a point I can find plenty of reasons why we lost other than the ref

They Resent the Fact that JC defended himself today! Beaten, Kicked, and Injured off the ball last year, But the Ref was great then, no Problem. By Gob the Day is gone any Tipp Team will be shoving their Dirt and Weight around against this Galway outfit..

What a tough game. Some great shoulders and even some old fashioned ground hurling. Sure there was errors to remind us that these guys are human and amateurs.

Congrats to Galway, Hard Luck to Tipp.
Thought Tipp were slightly hard done by on a couple of frees but it would be wrong to focus on that. Galway have had more than their share of Croke Park heart break, & this team deserves an All Ireland & I believe they will go on to win it this year, regardless of who comes out of next week's semi."
Great that there will be either a 12,29 or 60 year gap being bridged for the 3 teams left.kilkenny and tipp have totally dominated recently

Poster made a point a legitimate point and then some silly Galway "Fan" screams his version of an East Galway taunt "Show him your medals Joe Show him the medals!" - pathetic. Enjoy your win, it was a great point, put don't lose the run of yourself.

Go back to collecting seaweed for the spud plantation, that yellow on Canning was very harsh, Up the Tribe

Thought we made heavy weather of it and looked rusty at times, but whatever, we'll take the drama at the end.

Two cracking teams, that's for sure. Tipp will be hammering themselves that they didn't find this form earlier in the championship and made life easier for themselves. If ever a game had "draw" written all over it, with both sides missing chances they'd hit any other day of the week.

All the same, nice to come out on the right side of a one point margin for a change! My fear going into this was we've had a relatively easy run up to this (with all due respect to the other teams) and we were coming up against a Tipp side that had clearly found its form and had a few wins under their belt to build up momentum. Galway were favorites going in, but this game had 'banana skin' written all over it. They'll have learned a lot from this, and can only improve.

Well done lads. Back in a final!

Gaillimh Abú!
