Diarmuid Connolly to appeal his ban after all

I think we'll see added steel and not so much free flowing attacking attacking football, but a hell-bent desire to win.
Hopefully:D"
I agree. This will definitely re focus and increase determination from Dublin management and players.

We now need to lay down a maker in our next game for the season ahead.

Circle the wagons Jim....!

The majority of fair minded unbiased posters will acknowledge that. And the ones who don't, just want Connolly and Dublin handicapped in their preparations for the rest of the season.

Farcical rules when not applied across the board consistently. If I got that type of ban for what DC did, and then told I could not play club football or even train with Club or County for 3 months I would be very tempted to say stuff this and just walk away. It would completely un-motivate me to make the sort of commitments and sacrifices players do for what is an amateur sport.

We put out lives on hold and bodies on the line for the love of the sport and then get this treatment for that reaction to a line ball decision.

Madness.

So all you posters out their who still think the punishment fits the crime well then you clearly don't play the game...!"
Think you have that backward kid, only biased individuals see this as anything other than fair and due process.

I'm sure Dublin will win 3 in a row and I'll be supporting them up until they play ourselves, but you really need to get the chip off your shoulders about being hard done by or hated, the reality is the exact opposite.

No chip at all pal.

But let us wait and see how orgasmic Spillane et al are when a Kerry or Meath player are in the same boat.

Look I agree Connolly was wrong and deserves a ban but it has to be seen to be implemented for all.

In saying that - surely a 3 month ban from Training with club or county is OTT.

Yet to hear one person agreeing with that rule......

That is all I am trying to say.

Not defending Connolly at all here.
