Blue Print To Beat The Blues

I think Kerry's easy route to an all ireland is greatly exaggerated. I heard before mick o Dwyer was asked who was the toughest team he faced when he was manager of kerry and he said cork. While it is commonly thrown out that we would have won less all irelands if we were in another province I'm sure cork would argue they would have won alot more if they didn't have kerry to contend with.

The ulster fans over exaggerate there difficulties as well, while individually as a team you can show some sympathy as a province they have no excuse. In the old format they had a team guaranteed in the semis every year yet their return was terrible. In today's format it makes it nearly easier for them again. Don't buy into the too many games theory either, ask any footballer, what they want more than anything is games, it's a major disadvantage to Kerry who may have had only one game in an 8 week period when heading to croke park in august
