Sligo captain Ross Donovan believes that they need to find some consistency sooner rather than later.
Their league form was very mixed to say the least and they head into the championship with their supporters not knowing what to expect against London on Sunday.
Donovan feels that they need to produce a performance for the full seventy minutes to help find their consistency or face an early exit from the Connacht championship.
"We lost games that we should have won in the league and that was down to a lack of consistency - not just from week to week but sometimes in the course of a single match," Donovan told the Sligo Champion.
"We know that we have to perform to a consistent level for the full game against London. If we don't we will be in trouble."
