Offaly football manager Tom Cribben is looking forward to Sunday's trip to Sligo.

The Faithful County kept their Division Three hopes alive with a narrow win over Roscommon last weekend and the manager is relishing the challenge of pitting his charges against the Yeats County:

"We're looking forward to it. Sligo have a good inside forward line but I like the way our lads played [against Roscommon] and it's just about everyone staying switched on the whole time.

"I was very happy with the way the defence played and if we can get the defence right - and it has taken time with the U21s missing - I'm confident we're going in the right direction.
