McNally, Tommy

October 30, 2007
With the death of president Tommy McNally, the Maguires have lost one of the great stalwarts of the club. Tommy had given a lifetime of dedicated service to the club in very many capacities and his contribution to the development of the Maguires was immense. A GAA man to the tops of his fingers, Tommy was also actively involved for many years at county level and her again he made a massive contribution. His GAA career had begun as a player but after those days were over, he moved onto administration and he served for a considerable period of time as club secretary, involved heavily in the development of the club facilities and also with team management. Without doubt, he was one of the mainstays of the club for many decades and the work that he put in cannot be fully appreciated. The sympathy of all in the club is extended to his wife Agnes, his sons and daughters and the wider family circle. Courtesy of the Fermanagh Herald. 3 October, 2007.
