Updates from the Clontarf, St. Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh, Raheny, Ballyboden Wanderers, St Brigids, Erin go Bragh, Castleknock, Fingallians, Lucan Sarsfields, O'Dwyers and the Scoil Ui Chonaill clubs.

Clontarf
The minor team, led by captain fantastic Craig McConnell, enjoyed a great win over Cuchulainn in the first round of the championship. The Senior hurlers produced a great display over St Brigids, giving them a huge step towards securing league status. The Senior Ladies were narrowly beaten by Parnells in round six of the Division 1 league. Next game against Garda at Westmanstown. The Division 5's next game is away to St Brigids B.
Gaelic 4 Mothers restarts next Monday, September 13th, on the clubhouse astro from 8-9pm. Our team of the week, the U13 girls, finished Division 2 undefeated in all games with a great win over Cuala at home. The U13A boys' football team had an important win over Thomas Davis to move into fifth place in Division 1 and virtually secure their status for next year. Nursery continues in St. Pauls every Saturday from 9.30 to 11.00am. There's a nursery parents social evening on September 17 at 7.45pm. Guest speakers Lyn Savage and Mick Bohan will talk about "Making Playing Games Enjoyable For Kids". All nursery parents are more than welcome. Juvenile subs for 2010-2011 are now due. They can be paid in the club bar on Thursday, September 9th, from 7.30-9pm. Please note that children are not insured to play unless paid up. www.clontarfgaa.com

St. Oliver Plunkett Eoghan Ruadh
Congratulations to our Under 13 Girls Football team who have been promoted to Division 2 after finishing 2nd in the League.
This was the first year for this team and they have done themselves and the Club proud. Keep up the good work!
Best of luck to our Junior B Footballers in their Championship Semi-Final against Skerries Harps in St. Margarets this Sunday 12th @ 3:00pm.

Ballyboden Wanderers
The club would like to compile a central archive of all Wanderers related photographs, news paper articles  and any other historical note of interest to the club. This will then be released as a publication later in the year. All members, friends and anyone involved in the club at any stage is asked to contribute what they can. All items will be properly cared for and itemised, with a guarantee of their return to you within a short space of time. St Brigids
Eoin Kennedy continues to defy logic winning his 7th straight 60 * 30 All-Ireland Singles title on Saturday evening. Eoin defeated Robbie McCarthy in a thrilling final 21-20, 21-15. Eoin is true credit to the club. All roads lead to Parnell Pk this Sun as our Junior B & Inter Footballers contest the Junior 'C' & Junior 'A' Finals. Our Junior B's face St Vincents at 2pm while the Inters face St Judes at 3.30pm. Big support needed. Senior Footballers face St Judes/Thomas Davis in Champo on Sun at 11am in O'Toole Pk. Senior 2's face Na Fianna in Champo this Wed at 8.15pm in Balgriffin. U15 Footballers had a good Champo win over Naomh Barrog. U16 Hurlers defeated Na Fianna in their top 4 Play-off. U13 Footballers beat Clanna Gael Fontenoy. Minor Footballers went down narrowly to Cuala. Our U16 Hurlers face St Vincents this Sat at 3.30pm in Champo this Sat in Russell Pk. Minor Hurlers face Kilmacud in Champo on Sun at 11 in Silver Pk. Inter Hurlers had a very good Champo victory over Trinity Gaels. Senior Hurlers went down narrowly to Craobh & Judes. Erin go Bragh

Castleknock
Greatly deserved and hard fought Championship wins by both our Minor Footballers over Ballymun and Cuala in Porterstown.
Our U 15 boys had a well-deserved 6-point Championship win over Thomas Davis.
Well done to all.  Hard luck to our U12 hurlers who were narrowly beaten in the Camaint
Final in Parnell Park by Faughs.
Best wishes to Paul Warnock who has taken up the role as Club Development Officer. Paul will be responsible for ensuring that best practice is constantly to the fore as teams, players and mentors progress and develop through the club structures.

Parnell Park - Tuesday & Friday Evening - Please come out and show your support for both Senior Teams:

Senior Ladies Championship FINAL: Fingallians v  Ballyboden St Enda's in Parnell Park on Friday 10th Sept @ 8.15pm. 
In Front of Christy Cooney & a huge number of Supporters the U12 Hurlers took on Cuala in the semi final of Div 1 Shield in the Camiant Finals in Parnell Park.  After a tremendous match which ended in a draw Fins were unlucky to loose in sudden death extra time.  
This weekend saw wins for U11A, U13B, U14 & Minors.   
The Club Juvenile Academy has restarted after the summer holidays each Saturday Morning. 10 - 11.30am boys & girls aged 4 - 7 years Football & Hurling. Ladies Football Academy @ 12.30pm girls aged 4 - 7 years.  
Well done to Deirdre Farrell & Phillis Brown who represented the club in the National Half Marathon in Athlone.
All Qualifying Members who wish to be included in a draw for tickets for the All Ireland Football Final, Down v Kildare please leave you name at the bar prior to Thursday 16th Sept. 
Colours Night 2010 will take place on Saturday 18th Sept. Wear Your County Jersey and enjoy a BBQ, GAA Quiz, Music, Raffle and lots more on the night as a Juvenile Section Fundraiser.

Quiz season starts Wed Sept 15th at 8.30pm. Come along and enjoy sociable and educational evenings for the benefit of all the teams in the Club. Scoil Ui Chonaill
The Gala lunch was a great success last Friday in Croke Park. Under 14's won their league beating St.Annes on Saturday afternoon. Adult hurlers beat Liffey Gaels by a point on Sunday morning.u-15's narrowly beaten on Sunday by Craobh Ciarain. Some other good results for under-age teams over the weekend. 
The Adult A side play Naomh Mearnog in the Intermediate football championship on Tuesday 7tH September in Balgriffin at 6.40 p.m.
 The Ladies B team will contest their championship final against Ranelagh Gaels next Wednesday 8th September in St Margarets at 8pm.
Nursery is back up and running on Saturday mornings, new members are welcome. Naoinra started back this Saturday.a
