Faughs club notes

November 05, 2018

Team of the week is U16 hurlers who had a spectacular win over Clann na nGael/Fontenoys to secure C Championship title on Saturday. Well done Dave, management team and, of course, boys. Senior hurlers lost to Ballinamere (Offaly) in the Leinster Championship on Saturday. Best of luck to Ballinamere in the semi-final. We wish a speedy recovery to Chris Bennett who sustained a serious knee injury ten minutes into the game. Best of luck to U15s who play Na Fianna in their Championship final in Parnell Park next Sunday. Come on out and support the lads!

Commiserations to Minor A Camogie team who narrowly lost their first Round Robin game v Kilmacud Crokes on Sunday. Must win v Lucan Sarsfields away next Sunday @ 10.30.a.m. All support welcome for this crucial game
