Diarmuid Connolly still hasn't applied for a sanction to play in the US, despite reports suggesting that he is on the verge of joining Donegal Boston.
According to the Irish Daily Star, the five-time All-Ireland winner has yet to complete the paperwork necessary for GAA players to transfer temporarily to the US.
Dublin supporters are resigned to not seeing Connolly in this year's championship after he made just one appearance for Jim Gavin's side as a second half substitute in the Allianz League win over Mayo back in February.
