A decision on whether or not he will return to the inter-county fold has been put on hold by Cuala captain Paul Schutte.
Appearing on Off The Ball's 'Now That's What I Call Sport' earlier today, the 28-year-old revealed that Cuala's bid to retain their All-Ireland title is his number one priority at this point in time.
"It's a huge honour always to play for Dublin," Schutte - who opted out of Ger Cunningham's squad this year - remarked.
"I love hurling but at the same time I do have work commitments and I have to study so it's just trying to juggle it all now and see if it's possible.
"After the club campaign (I will make my decision on Dubs future) and see how the body holds up from there really."
