The Late Cyril Wells
Mr Cyril Wells of Dundrum Road, Newcastle who passed away peacefully, after a long illness, at his home on 4th June was a retired English teacher at St Malachy's High School in Castlewellan. He was 76.
He is survived by his wife Roseleen, daughters Deirdre and Bridin, sons Cyril and Barry; grandchildren Marita, Christopher and Alana; daughter-in-law Nicola, and sister Nora.
Mr Wells was past chairman of Castlewellan GAA, a member of Mourne Golf Club and was a keen ballroom dancer.
The funeral took place at St Patrick's Church, Bryansford, where Fr Rooney officiated.
