At the An Riocht U14 & U16 Camogie and Football Awards at Dunavil, the following individual presentations were made: U14 Camogie Player 2017 Most Dedicated Darcie Spiers; U14 Camogie Player 2017 Most Improved Rachel Clarke; U14 Camogie Player 2017 Nanette Campbell; U14 Footballer 2017 Most Improved Mark McVeigh; U14 Footballer 2017 R/up Curtis Flanagan; U14 Footballer 2017 Eoin Killen; U16 Camogie Player 2017 Most Improved Caoimhe Donnan; U16 Camogie Player 2017 R/up Cerys Clarke; U16 Camogie Player 2017 Clare Fearon; U16 Footballer 2017 Most Improved Jack Rodgers; U16 Footballer 2017 R/up Ryan Mackey; U16 Footballer 2017 (joint) Caomhan Campbell and Christopher Flanagan.

Vacancy @ Kingdom Youth Club for Leader-in-Charge (15 hours), application forms from Dunavil on request, to be returned on or before 6pm Thursday 7th December.

 

In the Basketball NI Premier League, the Knights had the Tyrone Towers as visitors to Dunavil in the last Premier League action at Dunavil before Christmas and their good home form continued with an 80-points to 74 victory after the teams were tied 57 each going into the final quarter.

 

On Christmas Day we provide a free Christmas Dinner at 1pm at the youth club to anyone wishing to avail of the service. If it's something you may be interested in or if you know someone who may be, please contact the youth club, we may be able to provide transport; our number is 028 417 63681.

 

The Ladies of Mourne held their monthly evening at Dunavil on Wednesday past when presentations were made to the Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust and the Southern Area Hospice from proceeds of the recent Fashion Show.
