Cassidy U.S bound

Former Donegal footballer Kevin Cassidy is to spend the summer playing football in Chicago.
The news is a huge blow to his club Gaoth Dobhair's chances of winning the Donegal county title as the former All-Star departs for the States next week.
Cassidy will link up with the John McBride's club in Chicago for the remainder of the summer after his transfer was sanctioned earlier this week.
This means that Cassidy cannot play for his club in their county senior football championship match against Termon on Saturday evening.
Cassidy, who famously fell out with Donegal manager Jim McGuinness in 2011, is one of nine club players from Donegal that have had sanctions granted in July.
