Division One

McCumhaills 0.01
Gaoth Dobhair 2.12

Gaoth Dobhair made it three wins from three following a convincing win over the home side at McCumhaill Park. There was little between the sides by the end of the first quarter, thanks mainly to several wides and a number of efforts by McCumhaills falling short. Just before the break the Gaeltacht boys struck for goal and led by 1.07 to 0.01 at the break. It was a different story in the second half as the visitors hit 1.05 without reply and on this form they will take some stopping as the season progresses. Best for McCumhaills were Eoghan Burke, Adam Lynch, Karl Hughes and Conor Lafferty. Best for the winners were Aodhan O Fearraigh, Gavin McBride and Eamon Collins.
Referee: Gerard McHugh.

Division Two Section Two
Cloughaneely 3.04
Glenswilly 1.06

In perfect football conditions in Falcarragh the home side came out on top over a very physical Glenswilly team. Glenswilly where the livelier team in the first few minutes and registered 2 early points from full forward Ryan Mc Geever. But cloughaneely struck back quickly with a great point from Jason Mc Gee and then where awarded a penalty after Daniel Ferry was pulled down in the box by Glenswilly's Shaun Gallagher. Up stepped Dean Mc Carry who slotted the ball into the top corner of the net and quickly followed his goal with a point. Jason Mc Gee fired another ball past Conar Mc Gee to make the score 2.2 to 0.3 at half time.
In the second half Glenswilly once again started the half the brightest and Paddy Boyle scored a great point from 30 yards out. Cloughaneely's Eamon Mc Hugh ran the full length off the pitch and laid off a great ball too Daniel Ferry who buried the ball in the back off the net, 2 more points through Eamon Mc Hugh and Jason Mc Gee left cloughaneely 9 points ahead. But Glenswilly hit back with a goal off there own through Conar Harkin and 2 more points from Paddy Boyle and Jason De Brun.
Man of the Match was Cloughaneely's Jason Mc Gee.

Downings 2.12
St Eunans B 2.04

Downings recorded their first victory of the season when they had eight points to spare over St Eunans at the seaside venue. There was only two points separating the sides at the break 1.05 to 1.03, with Brandon Jordan making some outstanding saves for the visitors and he was well supported by full back Gavin Maguire who seldom missed a high ball into the danger area.
Ben McBride and Barry Trearty dominated the game for the home side after the break setting up Lorcan Connor for many scoring chances and he finished the game with a personal tally of ten points to his credit, while Jake Whelan top scored for St Eunans with 1.01.
