Holders Kevin Lynch's will meet Lavey in the Derry SHC final following their victories over Slaughtneil and Banagher respectively yesterday.

Dungiven outfit Kevin Lynch's were 0-12 to 0-6 winners over Slaughtneil in what was a repeat of last year's final which went to a replay. After a scoreless opening quarter, Kevin Lynch's went on to lead by 0-4 to 0-2 at the interval and further scores from Ciaran Mackle, Mark McCormick and Paddy McCloskey saw them pull away in the second half.

Former kingpins Lavey reached their first final in eight years following a 0-19 to 1-12 win over Banagher. Lavey led by 0-11 to 0-5 at half-time and despite conceding a late goal to Mark Lynch, they held on for a four-point win. Tweet
