Very good game for this time of year. Fair play to Monaghan.

2 Sin bins having an impact, 2nd one was haesh but no complaints about the 1st."
Mccoldrick had a mare;

Dublin's goal was a push free out

Monaghan's goal should of stood

Monaghan's number 11 should of been set off punch into McCauley's nose

McCarron should of been sent off knee into the head of a man on the ground clear as day red card

John Small never a black card ever

Robbie McDaid never a black card I didn't even notice him in the tackle til he got a black

Deserved win for Monaghan better team in the 2nd half.

Monaghan well deserved winners imo. Essentially bossed the game after 15 mins right to the end. 3 points probably flattered Dublin to be honest.

Still not sold on the mark to be honest, don't see why players deserve a free kick for catching a ball into the chest. Still we'll see how it goes.

Sin bin could work well even though I don't think McDaid's was deserved. It's certainly a game changer of a decision in the way that the black card wasn't.

No complaints about the first, are you messing ? Black card I thought was when you purposely pull a man down? Small didn't do nothing like that what so ever he tried to tackle nothing else, nothing in it at all .

Not surprised if I'm honest. Think this will be a tough campaign for Dublin. Probably a good time to play us and could be no harm at all in the long run in highlighting areas that need to be addressed.
Monaghan looked like they prepared well and buy for the early stages were in control. Black cards did have an imapct though and I think the second one was wrong.
Anyway it's onwatds and upwards hopefully.

An excellent performance by Monaghan, and a fully deserved win.

I thought Small's was cynical and deserved the black. Agree on McDaid's though.

Not sure on McCarron, he was maybe lucky.

Dublin can't complain though. I think they were well beaten to be honest, as soon as the 1st goal went in it was all over.

Monaghan were in control on the field of not in the scoreboard for 80% of the game I thought.

Agreed Monaghan very good And deserves their win no doubt, but Small's was never a black.

Agreed, Monaghan played very well. Hopefully it's the kick up the behind they need to instill a bit of hunger into the next game. Some lovely kick passing on display today.

Fair play to Monaghan, well deserved win, we were way off the pace today. It looks like Dubs are 100% focussed on the drive for 5.A tough league campaign ahead. We should beat Cavan and Roscommon and a win over Mayo or Galway should keep us up.

Ahem...whatever happened in Killarney has nothing to do with the Dublin full back line being completely taken apart..fitzsimons completely exposed..

Great first 20m from us but indiscipline in the tackle cost us a few soft scores. Good tough game, physical, some lovely foot passing at times and some cracking scores from play. Football is alive and well. Only other gripe about our performance from me was our speed of transition, just too slow at times allowing Monaghan to file back. We were at our best in the first 20 when letting quick ball into Costello but this lark of recycling the ball back to midfield when chasing the game made a recovery impossible. Great tun out for us though and fair play to Monaghan for the comeback.

So what ? You watched it and saw Monaghan win while playing well. You sound eager to tell the world.

Best team won , no complaints, reality check never does any harm ,thought we butchered a few chances when on top as season moves on I'd expect us to be sharper
