Jimmy Barry-Murphy will hand Peter O'Brien and Seamus Harnedy their first Allianz NHL starts against Waterford in Dungarvan.
O'Brien was Kildorrey's key man when they claimed Munster club honours last season while Harnedy helped UCC to their second successive Fitzgibbon Cup title last weekend.
Captain Pa Cronin will make his return from suspension, he partners Daniel Kearney at centre field.
William Egan, Conor Lehane and Luke O'Farrell are amongst the substitutions.
