Kissane ready for big time

Clyda Rovers' Paudie Kissane.
Cork defender Paudie Kissane may have had to wait longer than most for his chance of a regular place in the side, but he is determined to make the most of the opportunity this year.
Kissane has been in outstanding form all year for Cork, even though their collective performances have yet to hit top gear, but they are still only one game away from a second successive appearance in an All-Ireland SFC final.
At 30, time may be running out for Kissane, but the hard working defender is keen to look forward and he is focused on today's clash with Dublin at Croke Park.
"Some teams have set up to stop us from playing, but you know what? I'm not one for looking back," said Kissane. "What I can say is that training has been going well; there's a fierce positive vibe there. You're slogging and doing gym work in October, so how can you not get excited about this?"
