CLARE v TIPPERARY
They meet in the Munster final for the first time since 1997 when Clare won en route to winning their second All-Ireland title in three seasons. They also beat Tipperary in that year's All-Ireland final.
The counties last met in the championship in 2005 when Tipperary won a Munster semi-final replay by six points. Tipperary go into Sunday's final with an unbeaten record in all competitions this year. However, Clare are one of the sides who came closest to them, drawing in their League clash in Ennis on March 16 last on a 0-17 to 1-14 scoreline.
Tipperary went on to win the League before beating Cork in the Munster semi-final while Clare beat Waterford and Limerick to clinch a place in the provincial final.
