New Clare hurling manager Mike McNamara has finalised his backroom team with the appointment of former stars Ollie Baker and Fergie Tuohy as selectors. McNamara made a presentation to the Clare county board and confirmed that the two would be coming on board. Former midfield powerhouse Baker was a selector in 2006 with Anthony Daly, while Tuohy managed Clarecastle this year and has been a regular analyst with Clare FM in recent years. He also writes a popular column for the Farmers Journal. Baker and Tuohy, who were both members of the Banner County's 1995 and '97 All-Ireland winning sides, join Alan Cunningham who, like Baker, also served as a selector under Anthony Daly. Tweet
