The Late Tommy O'Halloran The death took place after a short illness of Tommy O'Halloran, Portdrine. A very popular and highly respected member of the farming community, he was employed as a lorry driver by Ballyclough Co-op for many years. He was a loyal supporter of Cratloe and the Clare team and was ever present at matches and meetings. He served as club secretary and tresurer in the fifties and as a skillful player won championship medals in 1952, 1959 and 1964. He played a major role in the club pitch development and was a trustee of the pitch. He is survived by his wife, Mary, sons, Eamonn, Thomas,Michael and Paul, daughters, Mary, Anne and Alison, brother, Noel, sisters, Anna and Mollie and their families.
