Can always seem to have more away than home fixtures in the league.

We get 3 home and 4 away fixtures in one year then 4 home then 3 away the next.
Example in 2010 Cavan had 4 Home and 3 Away
2011 3 Home 4 Away
2012 4 Home 3 Away
2013 3 Home 4 Away...

well presumably the panel wont have changed much from the Kildare game.

in that case, I can't see us winning many games.possibly the fermanagh game. can't see us beating either monaghan,meath or sligo.
antrim,wicklow and roscommon ???? maybe another 2 points between that lot.

so I would say a max of 4 points. enough to keep us up ? possibly not.

Never before was league status so important. I think to be honest the best we can ask of this crop of players is too get up to Div2 stay there a year or two & hope that the minors & U21s of present can retain that..

Armagh will be as tough as it gets cause they ll also be changing & tweaking a most memorable team. Rem they used same 20ish players from say 2000 -2007/8

But all cavan have to do is win 4 out of 6 games is it. Not a mountain of a task !! Management shud rest easy that there is no one calling to bring this lad and that lad in. As the championships this year have been of the lowest standard ever i seen. Just use what u have!!

As I have mentioned before who could have legislated for what panned out from January. At the time I believed we would prevail and I put my money where my mouth was by placing two bets of 500 each one to win promotion and the other to get promotion but the rest is history.
It's obvious why we lost and nothing to do with Val Andrews,
People need to look in the mirror and place their hand on their hearth when they do when they say YES I gave my all for the jersey ????
