tink dat remark is way off da mark... mcCabe in his heyday was one best ever to don the blue jersey, nd always gave 110% anytime went out on the field... In my opinion, he has all the attributes to become a very good manager, and his leadership skills will be invaluable on the line... Along with gary donohue i tink, dis luks lik a very promising management set up, and if they can get equal good backroom personnel (selectors), den it is all about gettin the best out of the players, and hopefully they can deliver...

825415 dermot mc cabe has no management experience although was an ok player doess definitely not mean he will b a successful manager. I reckon for one he will not win anything and itd definitely another step in the wron direction for Cavan GAA
By the way can you please name the best managers in the game who He played under and wot success did they have??????

Well he played under McHugh who won us an Ulster Title and he played under Coleman who won an All Ireland with Derry so hopefully he will have learned something along the way

Totally agree with you, well said. We are all in it for the support of Cavan football and wish to God for success for our teams. This will not happen with the current officers of the Board, they can't even follow their own procedures! I can't understand why this happened, perhaps they should get Micky Graham and his team back till this mess gets sorted. There's a lot of lies being told about the candidates, and this is not fair to them. The whole sorry mess will put decent Gaels off doing anything in this county.
