Cavan captain Alan Clarke feels most comfortable at centre back.

That is where the Kingscourt player lines out for his club and that is where he will line out for Cavan against Armagh in the Ulster SFC on Sunday.

Clarke has impressed for the Breffni Blues this year where he has lined out at corner back on a number of occasions, but he is delighted to be back at the heart of the defence.

"I'm playing centre back for Kingscourt the last few years and I feel confident when I go out now," Clarke told the Anglo-Celt.

"Maybe other years I didn't feel part of the panel but this year there is a great bunch of lads there and everyone works hard." Tweet
