Junior Championship
Munterconnaught defeated Ballyconnell First Ulsters by 0 - 16 to 1- 6 in Breffni Park, Cavan to qualify for the Semi Finals against Shannon Gaels.

Underage Football

Minor Championship - Division 2 
Final - Blackwater Gaels were defeated by Eire Og Celtics. 
Underage training for all players aged 5 to 10 - training every on Sunday mornings - 11:30 to 12:30
Underage Hurling
Underage Hurling training for South Cavan area encompassing Ramor, Maghera and Munterconnaught every Tuesday evening from 7 to 8 at the pitch in Munterconnaught, all equipment is supplied.

Underage Ladies Club
 
Separate registration is taking place for the newly formed Munterconnaught Ladies club. The ladies club will cater for training for all girls from U-10's - U-14's. All girls are encouraged to join. There are designated female trainers for the ladies club.  
All girls require a copy of their birth cert when registering with the ladies club.  
Training every Saturday at 9:45 am at the club. 
Club Lotto/Bingo
The Club Bingo is a very important social part of the club and community and needs all the support it can get. All locals are encouraged to support. It's an opportunity for participants to win some prize money.
Lotto draw every Sunday night at the Bingo in the clubrooms starting at 8.30. Tickets on sale locally. Lotto Jackpot is €15,000 next Sunday - 12th Sept.

The new development is nearing completion and provides new facilities and improvements to the existing Club facilities. This will be a benefit to the club and all members of the community in the years to come. The new facilities include a Running/Walking track with lighting, Covered spectator stand, Gymnasium and Handball/Racquetball Court 
Most of the new facilities are in use. An open day is being planned - details to be confirmed.
