Cornafean club notes

December 10, 2018

Scór na nÓg: Hard luck to the Cornafean Instrumental Music group who despite putting in an excellent performance at Ulster Semi Final were not successful on this occasion.  Well done to Brianna McCaffrey, Jessica Smith and Diarmuid Martin on reaching this level and to their mentor Gemma Martin who put in many hours of practice.  Congratulations to Deirbhile McCaffrey who sang Amhrán na bhFiann to get proceedings underway in Stradone on Saturday last.

Scór Sinséar:  Now that Scór na nÓg is coming to an end, it’s time for the club to turn its  attention to Senior Scór which will take place in February.  Any club members over 17 who can dance, sing, play music or act are asked to contact Marie 087 9435933 as soon as possible.
