Carlow defender Eoin Nolan believes it is time that they won a game in the Leinster SHC.
The Barrowsiders were promoted to the hurling championship's top tier three years ago, but they have yet to win a game at that level.
On Saturday, they have their best chance to do so as they take on London at Dr Cullen Park, but Doyle is certainly not taking the Exiles for granted.
"It's a big game from our point of view," said Nolan. "We have not won a game in the Leinster senior hurling championship since we entered it three years ago.
"We eager to get a win in Leinster while we only won one competitive game all year. You could say we made some progress since the start of the year, which is encouraging.
"From a neutral point of view, we are expected to win. We have been hearing London have a few strong hurlers. If we take them lightly, like anything in sport, the day you overlook some is the day you will be caught. We will be taking London as seriously as anyone else."
