Minor hurlers need to bounce back
May 01, 2013
Following their defeat to Offaly in the first round, Carlow minor hurlers will be hoping to get back on track in the Leinster championship when they take on Kildare on Saturday.
Dr Cullen Park is the venue for this match and Carlow have not had the best of preparations for the game as two key players are missing.
Michael Malone ill and unlikely to make Saturday's game, while Sean Whelan dislocated his shoulder and is definitely out.
Carlow defeated the Lilywhites at this stage of the Leinster championship last year and they will be hoping to do again this year.
