Dublin Board thank Caffrey
August 19, 2008
Following his resignation from the Dublin senior manager position, the Dublin County Board have issued a statement of thanks to Paul Caffrey and his backroom staff for their four years of service to the county team.
Caffrey ended his four-year term after Dublin exited the All-Ireland SFC at the hands of Tyrone last Saturday at Croke Park, which saw another chance of bidding for an All-Ireland title slip away for Caffrey.
The statement revealed that the Board would begin looking for the county's next manager at their September meeting.
"The Dublin Co Board wish to sincerely thank Paul Caffrey and his management team for their incredible dedication in their time at the helm.
