Tadgh Kennelly
The Chief Executive of the Sydney Swans AFL club has expressed the hope that Kerry's Tadhg Kennelly will sign a new contract and stay for at least another two years down under.
Myles Baron-Hay of the Swans has acknowledged Kennelly's expressed wish to return home and play with Kerry seniors but he has also acknowledged how highly his club rate him.
"He's a premiership player and an exciting talent," the Swans boss enthused.
"He had a fantastic season and is still improving.
"We rate him very highly but we also understand that there are two agendas.
"I know he loves living in Sydney, where he enjoys the lifestyle.
"He is much appreciated by his team-mates and fits in very neatly in this part of the world.
"But we have to respect that he's an Irishman, his family is based in Ireland ande he's very close to them," the Swans Chief Executive added.
