The managerial merry-go-round took a stop off in Clare with the announcement of their new guiding force for the coming two years with the appointment of former Galway footballer, Michael Brennan and Kerry native, Donie Buckley as joint football team managers to succeed John Kennedy. The new partnership have been appointed for a two year role at the helm of Clare football. Both men are residents of Ennis and have jointly managed GMIT for the past number of years. Buckley has been involved in club management in Clare with a degree of success where he guided Miltown Malbay to the county title in 1990. Tweet
