Shefflin's 'Winning' documentary airs on Monday night

Henry Shefflin will get to the heart of what it takes to be a winner in a new TV documentary to be aired on Monday night.
The Kilkenny legend, who is the only man to win 10 All-Ireland senior hurling medals, will discuss the winner's mindset with high achievers such as Paul O'Connell, Sonia O'Sullivan and Shane Lowry, and look at the neuroscience of success across sport, business and politics.
A must-watch for all sports fans, 'Winning' will be broadcast on RTE One on Monday at 9.35pm.
