Tyrone SFC: Killyclogher edge into final

Emmett McFadden's second half goal proved all-important as Killyclogher defeated Dromore by 1-9 to 0-11 before a 7,000-strong crowd at Healy Park last night to reach their second successive Tyrone SFC final.

Three Mark Bradley frees helped the wind-assisted winners to an early 0-3 to 0-1 lead before brothers Niall and Ruairi Sludden replied with points for Dromore. Scores from Bradley and Feargal Meenagh extended St. Mary's lead to 0-6 to 0-3, but points from Eoin McCusker - who had a red card overturned before the game - and Ruairi Sludden left it 0-6 apiece at half-time.

Early in the second half, substitute Leo Meenan teed up McFadden for the only goal before Feargal Meenagh added a point. Pre-match favourites Dromore rallied in the closing 10 minutes, but left themselves with too much to do as Killyclogher earned a final date with the winners of tomorrow's second semi-final between 2013 champions Clonoe and Coalisland.
