Tyrone boss Mickey Harte has confirmed that Mattie Donnelly will be fit for Saturday's All-Ireland SFC quarter-final against Mayo.

The All Star midfielder suffered a head injury whilst on club duty for Trillick against Errigal Ciaran recently, but Harte has today allayed fears that he could miss this weekend's crunch clash against the Westerners.

"He has got clearance now, it will be nine days since his hit before he goes into any contact again," Harte stated.

Throw-in for Saturday's game at Croke Park is at 4pm, with Dublin and Donegal to follow at 6pm.
