All-Ireland U21 football winner David Kenny has been called up to the Mayo starting fifteen for tomorrow's Nicky Rackard Cup final against Armagh at Croke Park.
The Aghamore/Tooreen clubman replaces Kieran McDermott at midfield in the only change to the side that defeated Donegal by 1-18 to 2-11 in the semi-final.
Dual-star centre-forward Keith Higgins was only a 19-year-old when the county's senior hurlers last played at HQ in 2004.
Higgins lined out in defence as they lost out to Kildare in the All-Ireland B final on a scoreline of 3-14 to 3-7 twelve years ago.
