In an emotional interview on last night's Late Late Show, Dublin footballer Philly McMahon recalled the loss of his older brother to drug addiction.
The Ballymun Kickhams star also told presenter Ryan Tubridy how his brother John's death back in 2012 had helped shape the man he has become.
"Everything I am today is because of him," the All-Ireland winner said.
"I've seen the pain he's gone through with drugs, and that's probably why I've taken up sport and business."
Thanks for all the kind messages, help change stigma in youths and stop pushing addicts away! #helpanaddict
