No red-card qualms from Donnelly

Eoin Donnelly admits he deserved to get sent off in Sunday's McKenna Cup semi-final against Tyrone.

The Fermanagh captain picked up a second yellow card - quickly followed by a red - for a high tackle on his cousin Mattie Donnelly in the second half at Clones:

"The ball broke and Mattie picked it up. It was one of those instinct things where you put your arm out to his chest to block him," the Coa clubman reflects.

"Whatever happened, he was ducking and it caught him high. It was a yellow card and that was it.

"If you are on a yellow card and you are making those tackles, you have to be a bit more careful. I have to learn from it."
