Nemo Rangers 1-10

Castlehaven 0-11

Nemo Rangers claimed their first Andy Scannell Cup since 2010 and their 19th in all after edging out Castlehaven in a pulsating replay at Páirc Uí Rinn.

Barry O'Driscoll's goal at the end of the third quarter proved decisive for the city side, who had trailed by 0-5 to 0-7 at the break. Nemo's victory means their veteran centre back Tomas O Sé - who launches his autobiography in Killarney tonight - now has a Cork SFC medal to go with the two Kerry SFC medals he won with An Ghaeltacht over a decade ago.

O'Driscoll had Steven O'Brien's charges in front within 30 seconds of the restart, but 'Haven replied with three points in-a-row from Conor Cahalane, Mark Collins and Brian Hurley to lead 0-3 to 0-1 after nine minutes. Nemo hit three on the spin themselves to regain the lead, but a Hurley free and an own point from Aidan O'Reilly meant it was advantage Castlehaven at half-time.

Paul Kerrigan and Hurley traded points on the restart before Mark Collins extended the West Cork side's lead to 0-9 to 0-6. But the tide turned in the Trabeg outfit's favour when O'Driscoll fisted home Conor Horgan's centre in the 45th minute, which was followed by points from James Masters and Kerrigan.

Efforts from Stephen Hurley and Chris Hayes brought Castlehaven level with eight minutes to go, but Nemo weren't to be denied as late points from Masters and Kerrigan ended their mini-famine.
