Paraic Sullivan's dedication to the Rhode cause knows no bounds.

The dreaded cruciate ligament curse hit the Faithful star for the second time in his career earlier this year but his endless hours of rehab has paid off.

He saw five minutes of action in the county semi-final win over Clara and, this Sunday, the holders will put their title on the line against Edenderry.

"It was relief and elation but I quickly binned that," Sullivan said to The Irish Independent when reflecting on his return to the playing field.

"This is going to be some battle. We're very thirsty for it and we would go above and beyond to win a Leinster, but that's not even in our minds now.

"We're fully focused on Sunday. We haven't done back-to-back since 2006 and that's another motivation."
