Mayo captain Keith Higgins has stressed that reaching their fifth consecutive All-Ireland SFC semi-final will count for nothing if they don't win it.
The Connacht champions looked very impressive as they disposed of Donegal in a professional manner last Sunday to book a date with Dublin in the penultimate stage of the All-Ireland SFC.
Higgins revealed to the Western People that there is no place they would rather be than facing Dublin in the semi-final, but he stressed that they had to push on.
"For the first five years (of his Mayo career), I only got to play in one All-Ireland semi-final and now I've played five in a row. I suppose that shows the level we're at but at the end of the day, nobody remembers who played in semi-finals," said Higgins.
"Now we are playing Dublin. Who else would you want to be playing? It will be as close as possible to a full-house and there will be a great atmosphere, so it's something we'll be really looking forward too."
