Cork's Barry O'Driscoll says Kerry were "there for the taking" in Sunday's drawn Munster SFC final.

Man of the Match O'Driscoll bagged 1-1 from wing back and also created a Cork goal as the Rebels came agonisingly close to dethroning the Kingdom in their own backyard.

"I'm not overly pleased. The game was there for the taking," the Nemo Rangers clubman states in The Irish Daily Mirror. "There were plenty of positives from the second half and we got off to the start we wanted, but we were looking to come away with the win and we didn't finish it off.

"We do take positives from it because we came back. We're going to continue to do that."
