After scoring 1-2 against Westmeath in the Leinster U-21 FC mid-week, Eamon Wallace has been handed the Meath number 12 jersey for Saturday night's FL Division 2 clash against the Lake County.

The Ratoath speedster, who was sidelined for most of last year with a cruciate ligament injury, comes into the Royals starting 15 in place of injured midfielder Harry Rooney.

In the reshuffle, Andy Tormey will line out at midfield alongside Adam Flanagan. Elsewhere, Mick O'Dowd and his selectors have gone with the same team that was announced for last Sunday's postponed round 3 fixture against Roscommon.

Throw-in at Pairc Tailteann on Saturday evening is timed for 7pm.
