Three-time major champion Padraig Harrington has given some of words of advice to Limerick's underage hurling stars.

Last weekend, Harrington met with this year's Limerick minor hurling panel and their under-16 development squad where he gave a motivational talk to the youngsters.

Harrington who won his first tournament in a number of years just before Christmas met with the players in the Castletroy Park Hotel last Sunday.

The Shannonsiders are bidding for their third consecutive Munster title this year as Leo O'Connor and Anthony Daly will lead them into action.
