Ballincollig forward John Kelly admits that they are heading into the unknown in Sunday's Munster club SFC semi-final against Kerry champions Austin Stacks.

The Cork side won their first ever county title when defeating Carbery Rangers in the decider last month and now they are preparing to face the best that Kerry has to offer.

Kelly who has scored some crucial goals in the county campaign admitted to the Southern Star that this is a bonus for them.

"It's unchartered territory, we are venturing into the unknown because we have never been in this position before," stated Kelly.

"As a panel it's another game there to be won. There is a place in the Munster final at stake."
