Burren's hopes of unseating Kilcoo in Sunday's Down SFC final have been boosted by the return of county stars Declan Rooney and Dan McCartan.
Both players missed the semi-final win over Longstone through suspension and illness respectively, but will be available for the Pairc Esler showdown, which is a repeat of last year's decider.
Burren's much-travelled manager Paddy Carr said in the Newry Democrat: "We were extremely disappointed by the manner in which Declan Rooney was red-carded in the quarter-final against Castlewellan (for alleged verbal abuse). But it will be good to have him back and involved in the squad for the final."
He added: "We know how hardened and how experienced and how much it will mean to Kilcoo to win three championships in-a-row.
"We know we are going in as underdogs but this match has the makings of a great final. And hopefully if things turn our way, we'll have the opportunity to right what happened last year."
