Several GAA followers have taken to twitter to vent their fury with Barry John Keane for his piece of gamesmanship in the closing stages of the All-Ireland final.
The Kerry sub, who kicked two frees after coming on as a second half substitute, also kicked the ball off Donegal goalkeeper Paul Durcan's tee as he was about to take a kick-out in injury-time. The unsporting incident wasted valuable seconds as the Kingdom defended a three-point lead.
Here is how twitter users, including Wexford hurler Harry Kehoe, reacted:
GAA should refuse Barry John Keane a medal for what he did at the end of that game. No honour

Barry John Keane should be made walk home from Dublin.

Barry John Keane done what any Donegal player would have done if they had found themselves in a winning situation. Very simple.
